Built in 1994 as an office and administrative building, Gottlieb-Dunkel-Straße 43–44 later served as a Jobcenter.
Since 2020, former office floors have been transformed into professional artist studios, bringing together a growing community of artists and makers.
Today, GODUART continues to open the building up — with flexible spaces for new work, collaboration and creative practice.
